Please keep in mind that online obituaries and properly designed websites require efficient programming written in a robust language in order to keep up with all of the inherent automated processes involved. Be aware that there are firms out there selling online obituaries and Funeral Home websites who do not have the focus and dedication to the industry that Universal Technologies, Inc. does.

  • Obituary Search
    Allows visitors to enter a name and search for an individual's online obituary.

  • Text Editor
    This feature allows the Funeral Home to add an online obituary by copying and pasting the text into a full featured Text Editor in the Administrator's area.

  • Image Upload
    Upload a picture of the Deceased to be displayed.

  • Online Video
    You have a choice to upload or link to a video file to be displayed with the online obituary.

  • Video Password
    Videos can be password protected to guard family privacy.

  • Manage Condolences
    Condolences can be set to automatically post to the website, or all Condolences can be held for approval by the Administrator.
  • Edit Condolences
    Condolences can be edited from the Administrator's area of the Website.

  • Photo Gallery
    This option allows friends and family to upload special images to share.

  • Archive Section
    This improved area includes a new auto-archive feature. This feature can be turned on and off. The Administrator can go in and set a number of days the Online Obituary will be posted live on the Website until it archives automatically.

  • Obituary Background Images
    Expressions Tributes has enhanced backgrounds which include a selection of animated backgrounds, or you can upload your own custom backgrounds. See samples above.

  • Obituary Background Audio
    Choose from a list of background songs that play while an Online Obituary is displayed. You can upload your own custom music, as well.

  • Obituary Print
    This feature allows the visitor to print the Online Obituary on a standard piece of paper or stationery.
